Due to delays currently experienced by Canada Post and USPS, we can't guarantee shipment at specific dates; however, we recommend purchasing before the following dates to have your packages delivered before December 25th:
1. Within Canada, Outside of Toronto/ the GTA: Purchase before December 1st
2. Within Toronto: Purchase before December 12th
3. United States: Purchase before December 12th
Due to high volume of orders being processed this holiday season, our current processing time is around 4 to 6 business days.

2. For folks in Toronto, a pick-up option is available upon checkout. Our Pickup location is at Queensway/Windermere.

Our designs are heat pressed onto fabric. To ensure they last a long time, please only wash and tumble dry inside out. If you need to iron, only iron on the backside of the clothing.
Wash in cold & hang to dry to prevent shrinking and fading.
Below are details of our shipment processes, including costs, time, and locations.
We currently ship to Canada and the US. When shipping to the US, you are responsible for paying any duty fees and/or local taxes (if applicable). Depending on your orders, we may be able to ship to select countries. Please send us an email to inquire about your location.
Our clothing is made to order. Orders will generally take 4 business days to process from when you make the purchase. For urgent processing, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Please note that due to issues happening with the United States Postal Services, orders headed to the United States might experience some delays.
Our flat rate tracked shipping fees are as follows:
Ontario: $8.00 CAD. Curb-side pickup also available within Toronto.
Other Canadian Provinces: $10.00 CAD
USA: $15 CAD / around $10 USD
We recognize that we can't hold all the words and designs our community would like to reclaim. Hence, we are open to custom merch request without minimum order requirement.
1. Current designs that you would like printed on a different merch. For example, a tote bag design that you'd like printed on a sweater.
2. Kids sizes & sizes you don't see in our shop
3. Words from other languages in the Philippines
5. Merch styles you don't see in our shop (e.g. cropped tops & hoodies)
There is no extra cost to our current merch pricing if:
1. You would like to use our current designs and just have them printed on a different merch/ clothing.
2. You would like to use a different word but stick with our current designs.
3. You'd like to request a size that we don't offer in our website.

We will then get back to you within 24 hours. once order details are finalized, we will require your full name, shipping details & contact number and send your invoice via email.
