Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a long lasting quality for your merchandise.
Our designs are heat pressed onto fabric. To ensure they last a long time, please only wash and tumble dry inside out. If you need to iron, only iron on the backside of the clothing.
Wash in cold & hang to dry to prevent shrinking and fading.
Shipping policy
Below are details of our shipment processes, including costs, time, and locations.
We currently worldwide! When shipping outside of Canada, you are responsible for paying any duty fees and/or local taxes (if applicable).
To minimize clothing waste and surplus, we've adopted a sustainable approach in our studio. Rather than maintaining a large inventory, we order merchandise locally as soon as we receive your order and proceed to print them in our facilities. Our commitment to ethical practices and alignment with the principles of slow fashion mean that processing your orders may take 4-5 business days. This deliberate approach not only supports sustainability but also ensures that each item is created with care and consideration. Our flat rate tracked shipping fees are as follows:
Ontario: $9.00 CAD. Curb-side pickup also available within Scarborough.
Other Canadian Provinces: $11.00 CAD
USA: $15 CAD / around $10 USD
Outside of Canada & US: Shipping fees varies per country/ city.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best do make amends. For exchange/returns, please send us an email at hello@pinaycollection.com and we'll process your request within 1-2 business day/s.
Custom Orders
We recognize that we can't hold all the words and designs our community would like to reclaim. Hence, we are open to custom merch request without minimum order requirement.
1. Current designs that you would like printed on a different merch. For example, a tote bag design that you'd like printed on a sweater.
2. Kids sizes & sizes you don't see in our shop
3. Different colors of sweaters, tees, and totes, other than the ones in our shop.
There is no extra cost to our current merch pricing if:
1. You would like to use our current designs and just have them printed on a different merch/ clothing or color.
2. You'd like to request a size that we don't offer in our website.

We will then get back to you within 24 hours. once order details are finalized, we will require your full name, shipping details & contact number and send your invoice via email.
Currency
All of our products, including shipping, are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
